Morning Prayer

Morning Prayer at De La Salle happens every day during Form Time (8.40-9.05am).

As we begin a new day, we take a moment to pause, be still, and place ourselves in God’s presence.

Attached is the link to our Morning Prayers that we use. As part of your prayer life, you may wish to

pray them too.

Morning prayer gives us the opportunity to thank God for the gift of a new day, to ask for guidance

in all that we do, and to remember that we are never alone.

Our prayers are made up of traditional Catholic prayers that have been shared through generations

of the Church. These prayers unite us with Catholic Christians around the world and remind us of the

rich faith and tradition we belong to.

As we pray together, may these familiar words help us to grow closer to God and to one another as a

school community.
