Lasallian Theme for the year – Building a Fraternal World 2026 -27
Daily
Morning Prayer during form time led by Chaplaincy rep or member of staff.
Weekly:
Mass is usually celebrated by one of our deanery priests.
Celebration of the Word – one week led by the chaplain and the other by the relevant Head of Year. Themes follow the Liturgical 3-year cycle.
Termly
Once a half-term, KS3 meditations in the chapel are led by the chaplain in accordance with the Red.
Students and staff have the opportunity to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Holy Days of Obligation
On Holy days of obligation, when we are in school, we usually celebrate with Mass.
This year (2026-27) we celebrate:
- The Solemnity Feast of the Epiphany
- The Ascension of our Lord in School
- St Peter and Paul
- Ash Wednesday although not Holyday, it is an important day in the liturgical calendar.
Patronal Feast Mass (7th April)
For 2027, Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 13th April.
